Kay Bojesen made the Lunch Knife a replica of the Dinner Knife, only shorter, lighter and with the blade not serrated but still curved. The forefinger rests on the soft, shallow notch that joins together handle and blade, design and functionality. The knife is perfect for tapas, entrees and cheeses. It also fits nicely into the hand of a child learning how to use a knife and fork.
