The trained eye spots that Kay Bojesen was right-handed. The proof is in the slightly wider curve of the left side of the bowl, which loads more onto the spoon. The Serving Spoon’s large bowl is ideal for salads, potatoes and other greens. The large Serving Spoon is identical to the Salad Spoon. Should the Salad Spoon be otherwise engaged with the Salad Fork, an extra Serving Spoon comes in handy.
