Yet another small and practical spoon in Kay Bojesen’s Grand Prix series. Bouillon Spoon is its birth name, as it was designed at a time when larger dinner parties began with a small bowl of tasty bouillon, for which a special spoon was needed. The asymmetrical bowl tapers slightly into a spout on the left side, making the Bouillon Spoon great for ladling. With its spout, the spoon is also perfect as a Dressing Spoon. The slightly elongated handle is also useful when you need to get to the bottom of jars and tall glasses.
