Like the Lobster and Seafood Fork, the Oyster Fork was recreated in stainless steel in 2016. The small, short Oyster Fork has a round head designed to first slide into the oyster and then sever the muscle with its sharp U-shaped opening and finally free the oyster from its shell. Like most of the pieces, the Oyster Fork has many other uses. Why not use the Oyster Fork to catch the sardine in its tin? Or maybe to serve olives or other small tapas delicacies.
