The three bowls are designed by Kay Bojesen in the 1930’s and are perfect examples on Kay’s functionalistic approach on silver craft. Kay Bojesen did not wish to decorate and ornament his silver craft since the material and it’s reflections are decoration in itself. Furthermore, Kay Bojesen was keen on the idea of making daily life easier for housewives, which is the idea that the three-in-one bowls arise from. The bowls are easy to stack which prevents them from taking up space in the kitchen, and they are stunning to look at.
