Back in the days, classy ladies had a small drinks mixer as a pendant in their necklaces which they used to stir out the bobbles of the champagne. This was done in order to avoid burping when in good company. Today, the drinks mixer’s elegantly curved head is used to stir cocktails at the home bar.
