Dinner knife in polished steel
Kay Bojesen was very pleased with the somewhat smaller stainless steel Dinner Knife. The knife fits well into any hand – large and small, man and woman, without any bother; this way, the hand is in control and not vice versa.
A knife should feel weighty but not heavy. The blade of the knife should be curved so the entire blade is used for cutting, and the little notch helps the forefinger guide the knife. The Dinner Knife’s serrated blade enables it to cut smoothly through any piece of meat.
