Why does the jam always have to stick to the bowl of the spoon? This question was asked by Kay Bojesen, and his jam spoon is a functionalistic masterpiece which illustrates that sometimes the most simple answer is right in front of us. The bowl of the jam spoon is flat which means that the jam isn’t stuck but slowly slides off the spoon.
The jam spoon if often used in combination with the cake fork to set the table for dessert.
