This spoon was named the Broth Spoon and, as the name implies, it was used for small bowls of soup at dinner parties in the 1940s.
The Broth Spoon is ideal for all kinds of liquid servings; a nice tomato soup or hot cocoa topped with whipped cream. The spoon is also a good dressing spoon, placed in small bowls of pesto or marinades.
